From novice to athlete, I train clients of all ages with a variety of abilities and fitness goals.

  • Starting at $150 per 60 min session.

    • In-person sessions are located at GYMHUB in Boston, MA.

    • At-home/on location must be pre-approved and travel fees will apply.

    • Training sessions are also offered virtually.

      Partner/Group Training

      Fee applies to each additional individual (up to 6 clients).

    Consultation required for all new clients.

nutrition

My nutrition coaching goes beyond tracking macros and following a meal plan- you’ll gain the skills and knowledge to sustain a balanced healthy diet for life.

  • Onboarding Session- +/- 90 mins- $250

    • Analysis of current diet/lifestyle and health goals

    • Calculation of daily RMR and macronutrient needs

    • In depth explanation/discussion of macronutrients and how to build balanced meals

    • Customized meal plan

    Check In Sessions- ±30 mins- $50

    Recommended every 1-3 weeks.

yoga & mobility

Whether you are new to yoga and looking for help with form, or a dedicated athlete needing mobility- I offer private individualized private sessions.

Individualized workout programming designed to be completed for 6 weeks. These programs are based on your goals, lifestyle and equipment available.

  • Starting at $120 per program.

    • Programs are available on the Superset App

    • In depth exercise descriptions, videos and the ability to track your progress.

    • Also offered- single specific workouts, to be purchased individually (ex, Upper Body Focused, Glute/Hamstring Workout, Full Body Workout, etc)
